Stardoll Award Shows

Somthing thats been pretty popular on Stardoll is Stardoll Award Shows.I havent really decided if I like them or not. People seem to take them too seriously though;it's just a virtual world that people go to escape their everyday lives.These award shows make everything more serious and a competition. Shouldnt people do graphics for fun not to win some award?? But also its a fun thing to look forward to and a cool way to hang out with your Stardoll friends. What do you all think about it?

Covergirl Broadcasts??

I'm really sick of all these broadcast begging and bribing people to vote them covergirl. I thought the whole point of having a covergirl was picking someone who was unique and stood out to you.....not someone who you saw a broadcast of. What are your opinions on this???
